Welcome to AS Care Solutions Ltd. We are a provider of bespoke services for adults aged 18-65 with mental illness who will benefit from an environment which ensures privacy, dignity, independence, choice, rights and fulfilment.

AS Care Solutions Ltd is a company founded by two experienced health care professionals with over 25 years of service within the NHS and Local Authority settings.

We provide a full package of care/ rehabilitation supporting people with everyday living, leisure and employment opportunities offering a person centred approach, with the focus on transition to more independent living in the community.

Our aim is to support residents to live as independently as possible in homely surroundings promoting privacy, dignity and making informed choices regarding their daily living.

To achieve this, we ensure that an assessment of needs is used to develop individual care plans. Our objective is quite simple; to provide the highest quality care in the best possible surroundings. We always focus on a person’s abilities, never their disabilities.

We believe that the home should be…

• A place where each person is an individual.

• A residence without unnecessary rules and regulations.

• A place where dignity, peace and comfort take priority.

• A meeting place where companionship, interest, and activity flourish.

• A home where there is inclusion within the local community.

Our Philosophy is based upon the belief that the Service Users are entitled to be treated as individuals. We encourage independence, individual choice, consultation about services within the home and maintaining social choice. The residents are given the opportunity to take part in a wide range of activities and interests in order to strive for and reach their individual potential.

The Foothills is set up to care for individuals who, primarily, will be leaving hospital or mental health settings and are unable to manage their lives independently.

Our service is ideal for short or long term and respite needs. Service users may stay for a short period in order to develop their independent living skills with a view to moving to independent living or stay for a longer period if they require more intensive support.
